John Quarto-vonTivadar is one of the inventors of Persuasion Architecture® and an original shareholder in FutureNow (OTCBB: FUTR.OB). He melds his business and technology background into his role as Chief Scientist and Thinking Officer at FutureNow. John has written multiple papers and books on technology topics, including 3 books in the "Discovering Fusebox" series and "A/B Testing: Too Little, Too Late", the precursor to the current "Always Be Testing: The Complete Guide to Google Website Optimizer". He's often asked to speak at seminars and conferences throughout North America including the eMetrics Summit, SemPhonic Xchange, eCommerce Merchants, and the IA Summit, and at Montreal's Molson School of Business, to name just a few. Recently, international events hosted John to speak at their events in such disparate venues as Tokyo, Rome, Munich, and Buenos Aires.

Earlier, while a member of the Chicago Board of Trade for five years, he ran an institutional trading desk on the floor of an exchange and managed a multi-million dollar private hedge fund. Before that John work at NASA, on instrument calibration software testing for the Hubble Space Telescope’s high-speed photometer and high-resolution spectrograph. So when John cooks up some innovative concept blending business and technology and then says, “Well, it’s not rocket science,” we tend to believe him.

Howard Kaplan

Howard Kaplan

As Chief Operating Officer, Howard is ultimately responsible for delivering end-to-end delight to all those who engage our consulting services, partner with FutureNow, or license our software tools and methodology.

Howard also actively consults with clients, helping companies remove speed bumps on their conversion paths, and always preaches believe what they do, not what they say! In addition to providing thought leadership in the space through writing and blogging he's also spoken about Marketing Optimization at leading conferences like Internet Retailer, Shop.org, Ad:tech, Marketing Sherpa, Search Engine Strategies, among others.

Since the early 90's, Howard’s been there and done that on the web. He was designing Search Engines and engineering Content Management Systems for PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Global Web Team before they were industry buzzwords, and has first hand knowledge of why b2b exchanges never survived the fall of the Nasdaq- the visitors’ needs were never met.

Howard is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the holder of three Vince Lombardi Trophies.

Holly Buchanan

Holly Buchanan is a Senior Persuasion Architect. In addition to her main job of “keeping clients happy”, Holly oversees client projects from initial uncovery to web site launch. Her self-admitted split personality allows her to see big picture issues while still focusing on details.

With almost 20 years of marketing experience, Holly has worked with hundreds of clients in all advertising mediums.  She has worked with advertising agencies and clients all over the country creating radio, TV, print, direct marketing, and on-line marketing campaigns. She brings to FutureNow her extensive knowledge of copywriting, editing, strategic planning, project management and client services.

Since 2004, Holly has been researching marketing to women with a focus on marketing to women online.  She writes the Marketing To Women Online - How To Shatter Stereotypes and Understand what She Really Wants blog. In 2008, Holly published a book, co-authored with Michelle Miller, entitled "The Soccer Mom Myth: Today's Female Consumer"    

Anthony Garcia

Anthony Garcia Anthony is a Senior Persuasion Architect. With 21 years of management and marketing experience, Anthony brings with him an extensive background in the world of radio, where he designed and wrote marketing campaigns and prepared copy for multiple audiences. He was also responsible for operational and budgetary management, and even spent time on-air! The breadth of his diverse background led to employment with Roy H. Williams Marketing as a client consultant. Under the tutelage of “The Wizard of Ads,” he was responsible for writing and implementing branding campaigns, strategic thinking, research analysis, creative problem-solving, ad budget management and allocation, and media buying techniques.

Anthony is a graduate of The Wizard Academy – Wizards of Web, Magical Worlds, Cult Branding, WonderBranding and Advanced Wordsmithing.

William E. Schloth, CPA, MBA 

William E. Schloth

Mr. Schloth is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Schloth is also Senior Managing Director, Finance for the Future Now Capital Markets Group. Mr. Schloth has been working with Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg for the past ten years. He has been investing in and advising private and public startup and middle market companies for over ten years. Most of this time has been spent in senior management and investment banking positions with various small to midsize financial service and brokerage firms. Mr. Schloth's investment experience includes recapitalizations, crisis turnaround situations, growth equity, mergers and acquisitions, negotiated investments into public companies and non-traditional financing. He has participated on several boards and was activity with management and asset integrations as well as divestitures. His specific industry experience includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, financial services and interactive marketing.

Earlier in his career Mr. Schloth held senior management positions with GE Capital, including Technical Advisor Merger and Acquisitions and Manager Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Schloth spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Schloth also has experience as an entrepreneur, successfully co-founding then selling his own full-service brokerage firm as well as founding a specialty high-end financial and technology management consulting practice.

Mr. Schloth is a certified public accountant and has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business in Marketing and Finance. Mr. Schloth is also a licensed securities financial principal and investment advisor.

Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis is a a professional writer who has worked with FutureNow for many years. Having written for both commercial and literary venues, Lisa applies the breadth of her background to transform technical and academic information into writing that is accessible to the practicing layperson.

She is the co-author of "Persuasive Online Copywriting", with Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg, and was instrumental in FutureNow's other successful books, "Waiting For Your Cat to Bark" (2006) and "Always Be Testing" (2008). Some of the early readers of FutureNow's marketing optimization blog, GrokDotCom, may remember Lisa for her consistent and humorous voicing of Grok's original green mascot.
